I can’t believe that we are still having this discussion about toning. How are people more angry about a great image that some dude desaturates a little than about all of the terrible, lazy, ugly and boring images that are being made by photojournalists of important issues and stories? What I find far more morally offensive is the masses of photojournalists who apparently who care so little for their subjects and audience that they make bad pictures that people flip/click past because they are not drawn in.
